Cancel your order: EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a legal right to change your mind and withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving a reason. Complete the short form below and you will receive a confirmation by email.
- When it applies. Your 14 days start on the day you receive your order. If it arrives in more than one parcel, the period runs from the day the last item arrives. You may also use this form before your order has been dispatched.
- What happens next. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you. If it has already been delivered, please return the items to us after you submit the form.
- Returning the goods. Please return them within 14 days of telling us, unused and in their original, resaleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the items are faulty. We may reduce your refund for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the items.
- Your refund. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you providing proof that you have sent them, whichever is sooner. Your refund includes the standard delivery cost you originally paid.
